Our Guarantee
Fresh flowers at your doorstep
Hawaiian Greenhouse, Inc. guarantees that your flowers will arrive in good condition.
- We must be notified within 5 days of any problems.
- We have the right to delay departure of orders during unfavorable weather conditions at the destination.
- During winter months, a $10 additional charge for insulation may be required when necessary. Refusal by the customer to allow this insulation will void our guarantee.
- Incorrect address information will incur a $10 address correction fee.
- Delays caused by incorrect address information will void our guarantee.
